I serve as the Strategic HR and Systems Lead at Heroic Care, where I lead the development and implementation of effective digital infrastructure and operational processes. I successfully spearheaded the transition to a fully paperless HR department, designing and implementing complex digital applications, streamlined staff onboarding systems, staff contract creation and management processes, and comprehensive digital HR workflows.
I oversee compliance and workforce development in relation to NMDS and the organisational training matrix, ensuring maximum eligibility for available funding. I also design and maintain structured competency frameworks to support high standards across professional services, while providing senior-level operational and documentation support at director level.
