Over the years, I progressed through a variety of roles, gaining extensive hands-on experience and developing strong leadership capabilities. This journey led to my appointment as a Registered Manager, where I had the privilege of leading services and guiding teams to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care.

I am currently proud to serve as Training Manager at Heroic Care. In this role, I focus on developing and empowering staff, ensuring they feel confident, competent, and well-supported in delivering exceptional care. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help others grow and succeed within the sector.
While my primary focus is training and development, I believe strongly in maintaining a visible and supportive presence within frontline services. I regularly cover care shifts and participate in on-call responsibilities, as I believe effective leadership requires approachability, involvement, and a willingness to step in when needed.
