I have extensive experience across a wide range of care and educational settings. I began my career supporting adults with learning disabilities, specialising in managing and supporting individuals who present with behaviours that challenge.
I later progressed to the role of Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo), a position I held for nine years. In this role, I supported children with diverse and complex needs and worked closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure inclusive, effective support strategies were in place.
I currently serve as Senior HR Manager, where I draw upon my sector knowledge to support workforce development, staff wellbeing, and organisational best practice. Alongside my professional responsibilities, I am also a parent to twin children, one of whom has a severe learning disability. My combined professional experience and lived experience give me a deep, empathetic understanding of care, advocacy, and inclusive practice.
