I have worked with Heroic Care for almost seven years, beginning my career as a Support Worker and progressing through the organisation to Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, House Manager, and currently Senior Supported Living Manager.
Over the course of my career, I have developed extensive experience in managing supported living services for individuals with a diverse range of needs. I am committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that empowers individuals to maximise their independence, while also building strong, motivated, and effective teams.
Alongside my management responsibilities, I have achieved my NVQ Level 3 and Level 5 in Health and Social Care, as well as a Level 2 qualification in Exercise to Music, further strengthening my professional knowledge and leadership capability.
